The e*thirteen Sidekick Front MTB Hub is the natural companion to the Sidekick Anti-Kickback Rear Hub. Precision CNC machined, designed to the same standards, and available in configurations that match any trail, enduro, downhill, or E-MTB build.

At 154g (110x15mm Boost) or 190g (110x15/20mm Boost), this hub delivers the stiffness and reliability you need from a front end without unnecessary weight. A dual end cap system means the same hub runs as either Boost 15mm or 15/20mm depending on your fork, no extra parts required.

  • 154g (110x15mm Boost) or 190g (110x15/20mm Boost)
  • Dual end cap included: Boost 110x15mm and 110x15/20mm
  • 28h and 32h spoke configurations
  • 6-Bolt disc mount, J-bend spoke compatible

    What is Sidekick?

The Sidekick Hub by e*thirteen is a revolutionary rear mountain bike hub designed to enhance suspension performance by eliminating pedal kickback and filtering chain vibration.

  • E*Thirteen

    How does Sidekick Work?

A proprietary freehub mechanism disengages the drivetrain from the rear wheel when coasting, and an adjustable engagement deadband filters kickback and chain vibration before it reaches the pedals, isolating all pedal feedback from the suspension.

  • E*Thirteen

    What is Pedal Kickback?

Pedal kickback occurs when suspension movement applies tension to the chain, causing unwanted pedal movement and compromising suspension performance.
