Shipping policy

Currently, we have webshops based in Petaluma, California for North America/Canada, Traunstein, Germany for European customers, and Nottingham, United Kingdom for UK customers. If you are outside the USA/Canada, Europe, or the UK, you can contact one of our friendly international distributors or find an online bike shop that will ship internationally.

In the USA:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.00, some exclusions apply:
    • Orders with Wheels & Rims ship free at $1,000.00
    • Certain discounts and promotions
    • International Shipments to Canada and Mexico from USA
  • Orders are shipped 24-72 hours after being placed (ordinarily next day Su-Th)
  • Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday
  • Please Note: There may be additional fees or taxes for Canadian customers. Visit Canada Border Services Agency for more information
As soon as your item is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
