The Grappler RS is a rear-specific tire designed around what a rear wheel actually needs: strong braking bite, fast rolling speed, and cornering support without excess drag. The tread uses taller center knobs with steeper ramp angles compared to the standard Grappler, which gives you more braking control and rear-wheel hookup under hard pedaling. Shoulder knobs are proportionally taller to keep the lean transition smooth and predictable.
Built on a Flux GR casing with 72 TPI dual-ply construction and GR Apex sidewall inserts, the RS handles the abuse that rear tires take in Enduro, DH, and E-MTB riding.
Available exclusively in MoPo compound: a pure 42a single compound designed for maximum grip. The soft durometer and slow rebound give you the highest possible rear-wheel traction under braking and through corners. When every bit of grip counts on the rear, MoPo delivers.
Pair it with a Grappler Flux GR up front for a grippy, well-balanced combo with strong cornering hookup and braking performance at both wheels.
Also available in a Flux GR Radial casing with Dual Apex inserts and radial ply construction for improved bump absorption and rear-wheel tracking on rough terrain.
