More about e*thirteen MTB Tires
Finding the right mountain bike tires means matching casing, compound, and tread to your terrain and riding style. Our mountain bike tires give you the options to dial it in.
The Grappler MTB tire is purpose-built for steep, aggressive terrain. Extensively engineered tread delivers maximum control in the roughest conditions, wet or dry. Knob profiles resist fold-over for confident cornering at aggressive lean angles. Available in Flux GR gravity and Flux AM all-mountain casings, with 2.5" width in 29" and 27.5". Now also available in a Radial casing, where perpendicular ply construction improves bump absorption and terrain conformity over roots and rocks. Learn more about our Grappler tire design and technology.
The Grappler RS is a rear-specific tire with taller center knobs and steeper ramp angles for stronger braking bite and rear-wheel stability, perfect for the rear of E-MTBs. Available in 27.5" x 2.4" in Flux GR and Flux GR Radial casings. The Grappler TR is a trail-focused option with a lower-profile center tread that rolls faster and weighs less, while matching the Grappler shoulder lugs for cornering support. Available in 29" and 27.5" x 2.4" in Flux AM casing.
Two compound options let you tune grip versus longevity. Choose MoPo compound for ultimate soft, tacky grip and maximum traction. Choose Momentum compound for balanced durability and rolling efficiency without giving up confidence in mixed conditions. Every mountain bike tire casing features puncture-resistant nylon breakers and tubeless-ready construction.
Don't just take our word for it. Mountain Bike Action gave the Grappler a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. BikeRadar awarded it 4.5 out of 5, praising its grip and cornering confidence. E-MTB riders take note: the Grappler was named one of the best E-MTB tires by BikePerfect and #1 for durability, with the robust casing and sticky MoPo compound handling the extra torque and weight that electric mountain bikes demand.
