e*spec Race Carbon Wheels are available in 29” and 27.5" sizes. The 29" size comes with a 30mm inner width optimized for 2.3"-2.6" tire profiles. The 27.5 options come with 35mm inner width which amplifies tire stability and retention for wider e-Bike tires (like our 2.7" Zeppelin), and makes for a perfect rear wheel choice on MIxed or Mullet e-bike builds.

All e*spec wheels are handbuilt to ensure the correct spoke tension, and built with butted stainless spokes, alloy nipples and nipple washers for the ultimate in build quality and dependability. Front wheels are 28H configurations to shave weight and add compliance and responsiveness, while rear wheels are 32H for maximum strength under heavy torsional and lateral loads.

To make sure these wheels are tough enough for even the most aggressive e-Bike riders and highest performance motors, e*spec Race wheels use a custom triple sealed rear hub that increases dynamic load ratings by 53%, and decreases axle deflection by 37% using oversized hub bearings and a HD steel rear axle. e*spec rear hubs still have a quick 6-degree engagement HD freehub with 3 cartridge bearings to better support the driver body loads.

Available in XD, HG, and Microspline freehub body versions, all e*spec wheels are equipped with tubeless tape and our all new Quickfill Plasma Valves, so all that's left for you to do is mount up your cassette and tires, add sealant, and hit the trails.
